AirIT’s AODB supports all airport scheduling and operative processes, ranging from the automatic transfer of the Seasonal Flight Schedule data, the generation of Daily Flight Schedules, to the processing and provision of billing data. The graphical user-interface ensures intuitive user-friendly operation.
AirIT’s RMS is directly connected to the Airport Operational Database (AODB) which is developed in an ‘Open Systems’ architecture to integrate applications which are planned for future integration.
The Resource Management System (RMS) is a solution designed for the efficient management of non-mobile resources such as airline ticket counters, gates, bag claim carousels, and airline back offices as well as both common and dedicated-use kiosks.
AirIT’s Virtual Airfield Management System (VAMS) makes it possible to simulate an out-of-the-window view for one or multiple geographically dispersed aprons, de-icing pads, and aircraft parking areas, and consolidates the various views into one operator display.
The VAMS solution employs AirIT Aerial View Display (AVD) technology, which displays an intuitive bird’s eye view of the airport with an accurately scaled aerial view of terminal buildings, gates, stands, remote parking positions, cargo facilities, and maintenance areas. The system acts as an integrated geographical front-end for the Airport Operational Database (AODB) and Resource Management System (RMS).
